Naples Beach
Located directly across the street from La Villa Riviera is the Naples Beach which comprises seven miles of pure white sand that edge the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Whether shelling along the shoreline, relaxing in the sun or taking in a breathtaking sunset, the Naples Beach offers a wealth of experiences. Plus, if you catch enough sunsets, you may also spot the legendary Green Flash as the sun slips beyond the horizon.
Moorings Beach Park
One of the nicest amenities in The Moorings subdivision is the private beach park situated just 500 feet to the north of La Villa Riviera. La Villa Riviera is not a member of the Moorings Property Owners Association. For more information on becoming an MPOA member, click here.
Boat Docks
La Villa Riviera offers 7 private boat slips (14 docks) to accommodate boats up to 30′ in length and with a maximum beam of 9′. Each boat slip is equipped with a full-length catwalk making boarding on and off the boat easy and accessible.
Community Swimming Pool
Is there anything better than a refreshing dip in the cool water of a sparkling swimming pool on a warm day in sub-tropical Naples? Residents and their guests are welcome to swim, sunbathe or relax poolside on the deck at the water’s edge. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Community Barbecue
From hamburgers on Independence Day to shish kabobs on Halloween, any time is a good time for cooking food on one of our two LP gas grills conveniently located just outside of the pool area.
